Ayra Khan met global pop star Nick Jonas at the inauguration of Nita Ambani Cultural Centre. She also shared a photo with Nick on social media. Ayra had reached this event with her father Aamir. Now Ayra has talked about it in an interview.
Trolled because of father
Ayra talked about that event in an interview given to Pinkvilla. Ayra said- ‘I had no idea at all that Nick Jonas was also coming there. My father did not tell me about this properly when the invite for the event came. He just called and said – Hey, we have to go there, come over. They didn’t even tell me about the dress code. They don’t tell anything like this so I picked the best dress I could. After that I got trolled on Instagram for not wearing the right dress.
Ayra further said- ‘I had no idea at all that we were going for such a fancy event. I didn’t even know what we were going for. When I reached there and I was like oh my God. Ayra does not like to request someone to get a photo clicked but she did this for Nick. She said- I went to him and said, ‘Hey, I don’t do that. I don’t go up to people and ask for photos because I know how annoying it is, but seriously, my best friend was getting married to you so I had to take this photo for us five-year-olds.
After the event in the year 2023, Ayra shared a photo with Nick. Some people commented on this photo and trolled her for her fashion choice.
