Araria:Nowadays, the craze of starting one’s own business is increasing among Bihari youth. Brothers Anand and Ashutosh, residents of Araria, also moved forward with the same thinking and started a cafe named Anand on Raniganj Bazaar Forbesganj Road in Araria district. Both veg and non-veg items are available here. The special items of the cafe include chicken vada, fish fry, pasta and mojito. People of Dombivali now eat these items with great enthusiasm. Anand is earning thousands every month from this business.
Journey from food truck to cafe
Initially, Anand started working with a food truck, in which both veg and non-veg items were available. But due to the non-veg items in the food truck, he decided to open a permanent shop and renamed the café as Anand Food. This cafe is not only special for non-veg lovers, but those who like veg food also get a good option there.
business learned from experience
Anand told Local 18 that after gaining experience in hotel management along with studies, he first started his business. While working in the hotel, he deeply understood the preferences of customers and business techniques. He benefited from this in his business. Today he is earning well every month. He told that father is also cooperating with brother Ashutosh in this work.
Gave employment to 15 people
Anand told Local 18 that a total of 15 people, including local and Bihari people, have been given employment here. He told that it has been launched only recently. It is hoped that in future we will provide even better facilities to the people here.
