Ingredients for making gram bhaji:
fresh gram curry
2-3 spoons oil
Asafoetida
5-10 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon moong, lentils or pigeon pea
2 spoons flour
Salt and water as per taste
Method to make gram bhaji:

Preparation of vegetables: First of all, pluck fresh gram vegetables from the field and bring it. Then cut it with a sickle, prepare as many vegetables as you can in one cut.

Tadka in oil: Now keep an iron pan on the stove. Add 2-3 spoons of oil in it and after the oil gets hot, add asafoetida and garlic cloves to it. Let the garlic fry well so that its flavor dissolves completely.

Lentil or moong dal chop: After tempering, add one spoonful of grated moong, lentils or pigeon peas to the pan. Keep heating it thoroughly for 10-15 minutes. This dal gives a new dimension to the taste of gram bhaji.

Add vegetables: Now add chopped gram vegetables to the pan and mix it well. Then add 2 spoons of flour and mix it well in the bhaji. Flour will help in making the bhaji thick.

Add water: Now if more water is required in the vegetable, you can add some water. Let it cook for some time, until the bhaji becomes completely thick.

Serving Method: Your gram bhaji is ready. Serve it hot with rotis. The taste of this bhaji increases even more when it is eaten with guava chutney, amla pickle, green chilli and radish.
