RG Kar Case FSL Report Raises Questions: Recently, the Central Forensic Research Laboratory (CFSL) report was submitted to the CBI in the case of brutality against a trainee doctor in RG Kar Medical College and Hospital. Instead of finding answers in this case, this report has raised new questions.
Now CBI has started finding answers to these questions, only time will tell how successful it will be in this, but for now people will have to wait for the culprit of this case to be punished. Here we are telling you some such questions which are now arising in this matter.
Did the incident happen somewhere else?,
The most shocking revelation in the FSL report is about the brutality against the trainee. It has been feared in the report that the incident of rape and murder was carried out at some other place. After that the body was kept in the seminar room. CBI is now looking for answers to this question.
What evidence went missing from the scene?
FSL has specifically stated in its report that no marks of possible scuffle between the victim and the attacker were found on the blue mattress in the seminar room. There is not even a scratch on the items kept nearby. There are no signs of it even inside the seminar room. In such a situation, the question arises whether someone has done this knowingly and destroyed the evidence.
These questions are also arising
- So did the murder happen somewhere else instead of the seminar room?
- Is the accused’s entry into the seminar room a situation after the murder or a well-planned conspiracy?
- Did the crime occur within 24 minutes or was it committed earlier?
- So, did someone else bring the body to the seminar room after committing the crime?
