Do not give these cold things to children to eat

2. Cold drinks
Cold drinks should also be kept out of the reach of children. Your child may fall ill by drinking this. It contains high amounts of sugar and caffeine, which can badly affect the health of children.
3. Frozen Food
Frozen food contains more preservatives and fat. To keep it safe for a long time, hydrogenated palm oil is used, which contains more trans fat. Preservatives like corn syrup made from sodium, starch and glucose are also added to preserve them. Due to keeping them frozen for a long time, their taste changes and their nutritional properties and color also change. Which can quickly have side effects on children’s health.
Do not give such food to children in winter
1. Do not feed curd and rice to children during winter season.
2. Children should be kept away from fried foods, because the digestion of small children is weak.
3. If the child is allergic to gluten then do not give him gluten containing foods.
