1. Boiling and cooking
Royal Tadka’s Chef Ashok Bhalrai, better known as Tatu Mama, explains that the process of boiling Kadaknath chicken is very simple.

First of all, it is important to soak the chicken in salt water for 10-15 minutes.
After this wash with clean water 3-4 times.
Heat oil in the cooker and add the ground masala into it.
Fry the onion until it turns golden.
Add ginger-garlic paste and cook well.
Add turmeric, chilli, coriander and salt.
Add tomatoes to it and cook on low flame for 10-15 minutes.
Add water and cook in the cooker till 4-5 whistles.
2. Making by frying
To make fried Kadaknath, apply spices to raw chicken and marinate it for half an hour.

Heat oil in the pan.
Fry the spiced chicken on low flame.
Serve it after the spices are cooked well.
Cooking time for Kadaknath chicken
It takes 20-25 minutes to cook in cooker.
It takes about 1 hour to cook in a pan or pot.
It takes 30-40 minutes to prepare fried chicken.
