There was an uproar in the Vanavar Mahotsav organized at Vanavar of Makhdumpur block in Jehanabad district when District Council President Rani Kumari was not given a chance to address the stage. Angered by this, Zip President Rani Kumari created a ruckus and left the program.

During this, the Zip President made serious allegations against the district administration and said that after the inauguration of the program, two RJD MLAs were given a chance to speak. Whereas I am the president of the Zilla Parishad. Also, I am the leader of LJP (R) and I am in the government. Despite this we were ignored. He further said that I was not allowed to give a speech because I was a Dalit. He said that there is loot in the name of Vanavar Mahotsav, there is neither arrangement for drinking water nor any publicity regarding the program, due to which many chairs are vacant here. He said that if there had been publicity, the ground here would have become smaller due to the crowd.
In fact, under the joint auspices of the Tourism Department and the District Administration, a grand cultural program has been organized by organizing the Vanavar Mahotsav at the foothills of the Vanavar Hill. Famous Bollywood singers Bhavya Pandit and Jolly Mukherjee have been invited in this. On the occasion of the inauguration of the program, the local MLA and Jehanabad MLA got a chance to address from the stage. Whereas ZIP President Rani Kumari was not allowed to give a speech.
