These days, a special and traditional dish of mutton, “Mutton Chusata”, is becoming the first choice of the eaters. Mutton suckling is prepared from the part of mutton which contains the fat and the surrounding meat. Special spices and the method of cooking it on low flame makes it even more delicious. How to make Mutton Suckata
Making Mutton Chusata is simple, but the use of right spices and the art of cooking on low flame makes it special.

Required Materials:
Mutton Suckas (including fat): 500 grams
Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tbsp
Onion: 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato: 2 (crushed)
Curd: ½ cup
Spices: Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala
Oil/Ghee: 4 tbsp
Salt: as per taste

How to make Mutton Chusata?
Wash the mutton suckling and marinate it in curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chilli and salt for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion until golden.
Add crushed tomato and spices to it, fry the spices.
Add marinated mutton and cook on low flame.
Once the mutton becomes soft, add garam masala and serve garnished with green coriander.
