North Eastern Tea Association (NETA) and Indian Tea Association (ITA) have declared tea made from Camellia sinensis as healthy by the US FDA. FDA has also issued an update regarding the nutrient content of tea. Actually FADA has recognized tea as a healthy drink. So that people can understand the misleading claims regarding this. Since then, tea made from Camellia sinensis has now come under the purview of healthy designation. This is very good news for those who are fond of drinking tea. Now people can drink tea without any fear.

When should you not drink tea
