The weather patterns have changed in the capital. On Wednesday, after the cold morning, there was good sunshine during the day. This gave people relief from fog and cold in the afternoon. In such a situation, people enjoyed the sunshine. But, it was quite cold in the evening. According to the Meteorological Department, the minimum temperature was recorded at 7.4 degrees Celsius with an increase of 0.5 degrees Celsius. In some areas the minimum temperature was recorded near six degrees. At the same time, the maximum temperature was 2.5 degrees above normal, which was recorded at 21.5 degrees Celsius. On the other hand, visibility was zero at Palam Airport from 5.30 am to 6 pm. Whereas in Safdarjung the visibility was 100 meters at 2.30 am. Due to this, the drivers had to face more problems.
