Then he comes out with the help of his other friend. After watching this video, people are praising the courage of this guy.
Actually, after the snowfall, drinking water pipes have got disturbed in rural areas, due to which water problem has started. In such a situation, when drinking water supply was disrupted in the violence area of Lahaul, the employees of Jal Shakti Department started repairing it. In such a situation, the drinking water pipe was repaired by the employees of Jal Shakti Department after wading amidst the icy water and after that the water supply in the area was restored. Its video went viral.

While snowfall has come as a boon for Lahaul Valley, the problem of electricity and water is also troubling people in many areas. The district administration is continuously working towards providing basic facilities, so that the local people can live a normal life even after this snowfall.
