Xiaomi Pad 7 Launched: Chinese company Xiaomi is once again present with a new tab. The company has launched Xiaomi Pad 7 today. It has been launched with many upgrades compared to Xiaomi Pad 6. Xiaomi claims that this is the first tablet in India, which has a nano texture display. It gives vibrant color without any glare. This improves the visual experience. How is the design?
The company has not made much changes in the look of its new tablet. Many of its design elements have been shared with Pad 6. Square camera module is found in the rear. It has got a sleek metal unibody design with flat frame. When held horizontally, the power button is found on the left side, while the top edge has a dedicated space for magnetically charging the volume rocker and stylus.
Display and processor
Xiaomi Pad 7 has an 11.2 inch IPS LCD display, which comes with 3.2K resolution. It supports 144Hz adaptive refresh rate. The company has given quad speaker setup in Pad 7. Talking about the processor, it is equipped with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, which is paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Its 8GB + 128GB variant has also been launched.
camera and battery
The rear module of Xiaomi Pad 7 is inspired by the company’s flagship smartphone. This square shaped module has a 13MP camera sensor and LED flash. An 8MP camera is provided in the front for selfie and video calls. For power, it has been equipped with a powerful battery of 8,850mAh. It runs on the company’s Hyper OS 2.0 based on Android 15. It will be available in graphite grey, mirage purple and sage green colours.
What is the price kept?
The price of base (8GB+128GB) variant of Xiaomi Pad 7 has been kept at Rs 26,999. Customers will have to pay Rs 29,999 for the 12GB + 256 variant and Rs 31,999 for its Nano Texture Display edition. It will be available for sale from January 13 and can be purchased from Amazon, the company’s website and retail stores.
