This amount was illegally withdrawn and transferred to other special accounts by the bank manager and other accused. ED’s investigation has revealed that Mannu Singh and others colluded with bank officials and manipulated the accounts. The amount was withdrawn from the bank accounts of DLAO of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
