Ingredients to make Spinach Omelette
Eggs – 3
Onion – 1
Ginger chopped – 1/4 tsp
Garlic chopped – 1/4 tsp
Spinach finely chopped – 4 tbsp
Green chili – 1
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
salt – as per taste

Spinach Omelet Recipe
To make spinach omelette, first finely chop onion, spinach, green chillies. After this, cut ginger and garlic into small pieces as well. Now take a nonstick pan and put oil in it and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add finely chopped onions, ginger, green chilies, green coriander and garlic to it. Fry them while stirring for about 1 minute. After this, put finely chopped spinach in the pan and mix it with a spoon and cook.

Cook the spinach for about 2 minutes. After this add turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt as per taste and fry for some time. Meanwhile, crack eggs in a vessel and beat them well. Now put one more spoon of oil in the pan and then add beaten egg on top and cook. After cooking for some time, flip the omelette and let it cook from the other side. It will take 2-3 minutes to make omelette. After this, turn off the gas and take out the spinach omelette in a plate. Tasty and nutritious spinach omelet is ready for breakfast. Serve it hot.
