At the same time, due to strong wind and hailstorm, the crop has fallen on the ground itself.
Harm to opium here too
Opium is cultivated in some areas in Rajasthan. Due to the recent hailstorm, the opium crop of the farmers has been damaged here. Farmers say that thick hail fell from the sky in the form of snow. This has caused damage to the poppy crop. On the other hand, opium is also cultivated in some areas in Madhya Pradesh. Farmers have had to bear the loss of hailstorm happening here.
