Special Judge Prevention of Corruption Act Om Prakash Mishra, Housing Commissioner, Housing and Development Council, Lucknow Ajay Chauhan, Executive Engineer JK Kaushal, Estate Officer Ramchandra, Junior Engineer Rajneesh Srivastava, Senior Accountant Shivakant Tripathi and other concerned people and ordered to investigate. Has been given to Shahpur. These people are accused of corruption and cheating and not giving physical possession even after five years of deeding the deed after receiving the money. There is also an allegation of demanding illegal money in the name of repairing the building.
According to the information, senior advocate Madan Mohan Tripathi, on behalf of advocate Devi Sharan Ram Tripathi, a resident of Daudpur locality of Cantt area, said in the court that the plaintiff had registered for the LIG building on the basis of the advertisement dated May 30, 1987. On November 22, 1990, building number 327 was allotted. It was later learned that the allotted building belonged to EWS. It was already allotted to someone else.
On 27 March 91 another house number 418 was allotted and that too was allotted to another. For the third time again on April 9, 91, building number 315 was allotted, that too was not occupied, then allotted 884, that too was not occupied. The department recovered a total of Rs 7 lakh 93 thousand 209 from the plaintiff. On completion of the money transfer, the deed was also executed on June 7, 2017. Despite that till date the building has not been handed over.
The plaintiff kept on running, the accused did not conduct any hearing. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the court found cognizable offense and ordered to register a case and investigate. The court has prepared forged documents and has given an application for registration of a case for forgery, cheating and Section 7/13 Prevention of Corruption Act.
