If not, then today we will tell you a very simple recipe to make Ragi Chilla full of nutrition. Ragi has a different identity because of its qualities. Ingredients to make Ragi Chilla
Ragi flour – 1 cup
Gram flour – 2 tsp
Onion – 1
Green chili – 2
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Red chili – 1/2 tsp
Desi ghee/oil – as needed
salt – as per taste

Ragi Chilla Recipe
To make ragi cheela full of taste and nutrition, first cut finely pieces of onion, green chili and green coriander leaves. After this, take a mixing bowl and put ragi flour in it. Add gram flour, finely chopped onions, green chilies, green coriander to it and mix them all well. After this add red chili powder, 1 tsp oil and salt as per taste and mix.
Now add water little by little to this mixture and make a batter. Keep in mind that the solution should not be too thick or too thin. After this cover the prepared solution for 10 minutes and keep it aside.
After the fixed time, put a nonstick pan on the gas to heat it on medium flame. When the griddle starts heating up, put some ghee/oil in it and spread it all around. After this, take ragi chile batter in a bowl and put it in the middle of the griddle and spread it in a circular motion with the help of a bowl. Now put oil on the edges of the cheela and roast it. Flip the cheela after some time and apply oil on the other side and roast till it turns golden. After this take out the cheela in a plate. Similarly prepare ragi cheela one by one from all the batter. Serve ready healthy ragi cheela for breakfast with chutney or curd.
