‘Chat GPT’ is making the work of engineers easy
Let me tell you, Google had declared this chatbot a red alert for itself only last year. Many experts believe that in the coming 1 to 2 years, this chatbot will reduce Google’s search business by half. Open AI’s chat is doing GPT coding easily, due to which the fear of losing their jobs is sitting in the minds of the coders. Here, the chatbot itself says that it cannot eat the jobs of humans because there is a lot of difference between humans and AI. But in a Google report, something different has come to the fore, which will increase the fear of the coders.
According to a CNBC report, Google was testing one of its beta chatbots based on Google Conversation Technology LaMDA to replace the post of entry level software engineer in Google. When its results i.e. LaMDA results were compared with Chat GPT, then what came to the fore was surprising. Actually, OpenAI’s chatbot ‘Chat GPT’ got high marks for Google’s entry level coder job while Google’s LaMDA proved to be weak in many ways.
Can AI tools eat jobs?
During this test, Google’s engineers asked both LaMDA and Chat GPT the question whether AI tools can eat the job of coders? In response, both the AI tools said ‘no’. Google’s AI tool said that Chat GPT and LaMDA cannot eat the job of coders because programming is a team sport that requires thinking, creativity and deep knowledge of data science. AI tool is not ahead of humans in all these. That’s why AI tools cannot eat anyone’s job. A similar answer was also given by Chat GPT.
