United Hindu Front accused Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Syed Arshad Madani of insulting Hindu deities and demonstrated at Jantar Mantar. The Front demanded Home Minister Amit Shah to register a case against Maulana Madani and arrest him immediately. A copy of the memorandum has also been sent to the LG and the Police Commissioner.
Senior BJP leader Jai Bhagwan Goyal, International Working President of the Front, said that no one has the right to criticize the ancient Hindu religion and the adorable God. Madani’s statement is indecent. Madani’s statement that all Hindus were Muslims earlier is highly objectionable. Madani tell whether a man is a Hindu or a Muslim by birth. Do Madani research and see when did Muslims come to India. By doing the so-called politics of inclusion, he called other religious leaders and deliberately criticized Hinduism and their deities in front of them.
The United Hindu Front said that Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat was also leveled with false allegations. Even before Madani could succeed in his conspiracy, Jain religious leader Lokesh Muni and others not only stood up and protested in one voice, but also boycotted the convention of Jamiat. He demanded the Home Minister to conduct a detailed inquiry into the convention organized at Ramlila Maidan.
