Imran Khan on India: Former Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan has been criticizing his own army for the last few days. Not only this, he openly praises India on public forums. He has once again praised India’s foreign policy. He said, “With Russia’s support, India has reduced its inflation rate from 7.5 percent to 5.5 percent, while Pakistan’s inflation rate has increased from 12 percent to 30 percent.”

The former PM blamed his government and former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa for the backbreaking inflation in Pakistan. During a conversation with students and religious scholars on Monday (February 13), Imran Khan claimed that General Bajwa set the country on fire to please America.

Imran Khan’s allegations on General Bajwa

Imran Khan claimed that former army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa wanted him to condemn Russia for the invasion of Ukraine, but he refused to do so citing the example of India. He said that a year ago when he had returned from a trip to Russia as the Prime Minister, General Bajwa had asked him to condemn Russia for attacking Ukraine. Imran said, “I told him that America’s strategic ally India has been neutral, so Pakistan should remain neutral.”

General Bajwa wanted to please America!

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan said, “I put the interests of Pakistan above.” Imran Khan further said that after his refusal, General Bajwa had himself condemned Russia in a security seminar to please America. He said that Bajwa wanted him to condemn Putin to please America.

‘Cheap oil deal gone sour’

Imran Khan, 70, who was ousted from power by a no-confidence motion in April last year, justified his visit to Russia saying, “I went to Russia and asked President Vladimir Putin to give wheat and fuel to Pakistan at cheaper rates than India.” Convinced.” According to news agency PTI, Imran Khan claimed that soon after his return from Moscow, Bajwa had asked him to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, due to which the deal for cheap oil from Russia went sour.
