Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2023:A recruitment notification has been issued by Bank of Baroda. According to which recruitment will be done for the post of Chief – HR Analytics and Senior Manager – HR Analytics in the bank. The candidate will be selected on these posts for 05 years.
This recruitment drive is being organized for recruitment on a total of 02 posts. Candidates applying for this campaign should be graduate in any discipline from AICTE / UGC recognized institute. Apart from this, the candidate should have acquired a master’s degree in subjects like engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics, data mining and econometrics. Preference will be given to candidates having Diploma/Certification in HR Analytics.

- Chief – HR Analytics: The age of the candidate applying for this post should be between 29 years to 45 years.
- Senior Manager – HR Analytics: Candidates age should be between 27 to 40 years.
