Dilip Joshi said, "Kudos to the one who spread this wrong news. I got calls from so many people to ask about my well being. So many old friends and family called. It was nice meeting him. I came to know how much people love me. So many people were concerned about me and my family, it was heartening."
There were rumors that a person’s call was received at the Nagpur control room. The person said that 25 people surrounded Dilip Joshi’s Shivaji Park house with guns and weapons. Police suspected that the threat call to actor Dilip Joshi might have been made by the same person who had informed about the bomb threat at Amitabh Bachchan and Dharmendra’s house.

Apparently, this phone is coming from a SIM card in Delhi, which is making phone calls with the help of the app. The person on the other end of the phone is being searched. The Mumbai Police is probing the incident.
