According to the guidelines of the World Health Organization, a healthy person should consume 6 to 8 teaspoons of sugar in a day. If you have sugar problem or high BP problem, then you should completely avoid using refined sugar. Instead, eat fruits and dry fruits. So that your sweet cravings can be calm and you get the energy of natural sugar.

How much oil should be eaten in a day?

  • The person who does not have cholesterol, high BP or sugar problem or any long, serious and chronic disease, that person should use maximum 4 spoons of oil in a day. The same quantity is also applicable for melted desi ghee. However, if desi ghee is of cow, then its quantity can be increased by one or two spoons. Eating more than this fixed amount of fat in daily life can increase cholesterol and also increases the risk of heart attack or stroke.
