Expansion
The rise in the prices of wheat and flour has once again broken the back of the general public. The condition of inflation is that within just two weeks, the price of wheat has increased once again. Due to this bread has disappeared from the plate of poor people. On the other hand, the mood of the weather has increased the distress of the farmers. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility of rain in the next few days. In such a situation, if it rains, the wheat crop will suffer heavy damage.
Clouds of crisis on mills due to increase in flour price
Due to inflation, there is a shortage of wheat, flour and maida in the market. Because of this, small and medium scale industrial companies making products from wheat are facing problems. Due to the rise in the prices of wheat and flour, many small flour mills are in trouble. Till last days flour was being sold at Rs 28 to 30 per kg. Before Holi, the prices of flour have increased by Rs 2 per kg. That is, there has been an increase of up to Rs 20 on a 10 kg bag.
Food items will also be expensive
Even though the government has increased the support price of wheat by Rs 110 in 2015 to Rs 2125 per quintal this time, but the price of wheat in the market has crossed Rs 3000 per quintal. As soon as wheat became costlier, the price of flour is also seeing a rise once again. Farmers say that now it will take about one and a half to two months for the new crop of wheat to come. In such a situation, the price of wheat may increase further, due to which inflation will increase and food items will become expensive. This type of problem is increasing due to the delay in the release of wheat. At the same time, after coming in the additional wheat market, there can be relief from rising prices.
