He immediately called the agency of the company running the advertisement and got the broadcast stopped and immediately informed the DRM and other senior railway officials.
Agency will be blacklisted with FIR
Railway’s commercial department has registered an FIR against advertising agency Datta Communication. In this regard, Railway Divisional Manager Prabhat Kumar says that this is a very serious matter. Along with imposing a fine on the operator of the advertising agency, he has also ordered termination of the company’s agreement with the Railways.
Officials are claiming to broadcast on only one platform
In relation to the airing of the porn video, officials say that from around 9:56 am to 9:59 am on Sunday morning, it was seen only on platform number 10, while Patna Junction has a total of 10 platforms and three footover bridges.
