Pav Bhaji, one of the most iconic dishes of Maharashtra, has crossed the boundaries of the state and has become a favorite of people in other places as well. This dish which was earlier limited to Mumbai, first started being liked by people in small towns of Maharashtra, after that it became famous outside the state as well. Because of this, setting up a pav bhaji stall in or outside the state is considered to be a very profitable business and this is the reason why a young Santosh from Peddapalli district of Telangana started setting up a pav bhaji stall and today his business is flourishing. doing.

Santosh’s education is not over yet and he is still studying in a local college here. However, due to his passion for cooking and to earn his own fees, he thought of opening a pav bhaji stall as it was one of the most popular food items.

All the ingredients required for pav bhaji as well as the flavor of the vegetable are prepared in house and hence fully meet the hygiene standards. Most of the preparation is done in advance so Santosh can serve his customers within 5 minutes.

Santosh’s specialty is Butter Pav Bhaji. He puts butter on the griddle and after melting the butter, cuts the pav from the middle and fry the pav with melted butter in a pan till it turns red and serves it in a hot plate.

Santosh completes his college classes and then opens his stall at 6 pm. His pav bhaji stall is open from 6 pm to 10 pm. Santosh says that he earns around Rs 2,000 a day from his business. He continues to be an example to the youth of his age in Peddapalli.

Last year, the video of a B.Tech student from Bihar who opened a tea stall along with her studies went viral. Vartika Singh, who was interested in starting her own business, came to Faridabad for her B.Tech degree. However, Vartika decided to put in the necessary hard work to turn her goal into reality and opened a tea stall in Faridabad by the name of B.Tech Chaiwali.
