National General Secretary of Civil Welfare, Corruption and Crime Prevention Committee in Hathras, Ajay Kumar Sharma along with Patal Babu, Finance Accountant and AD Basic of BSA office at Indira Gandhi Girls Junior High School, appointed 15 assistant teachers on the basis of forged records Have complained to commissioner Aligarh division. The commissioner has instructed the DM to provide the investigation report after getting the matter investigated by an ADM level officer.

It has been said in the complaint that till date the department has not given temporary or permanent recognition from class 1 to 5 by the name of Mrs. Indira Gandhi Girls Junior High School Hathras. In the illegal appointments of 15 assistant teachers, the UP Recognized Basic School (Recruitment and Terms of Service and Other Conditions of Teachers Rules, 1975) and the Revised Rules, 1978 were not followed.

Recruitment process like advertisement, interview, application, approval, appointment letter, joining report etc. have not been adopted for the appointment of the said assistant teachers. He said that the teachers shown in their verification on November 4, 2016 by the District Basic Education Officer and the 15 teachers who are getting salary as of today, should get the above three lists verified and the above records verified.

Through the complaint, he has demanded recovery and registration of FIR against the culprits of giving salary to fake teachers. The Divisional Commissioner has instructed the District Magistrate to conduct an inquiry with an ADM level officer.
