Buxar. The way the number of non-veg eaters has increased. Similarly, non-veg shops are also opening fast in the city. Shops of various non-veg dishes are opening daily in Buxar district headquarters. Although there are some special shops of non-veg where more crowd of people gather. If you like non-veg food then you can come to PP Road of the city. Here you will get chicken tikka with amazing taste in just Rs.40.

Let us tell you that four months ago, a young man named Akash Sharma started a chicken tikka stall on a handcart with little capital in front of HDFC Bank in Piparpati Road of the city. In a very short time, this Chicken Tikka has become famous all over the city because of its spicy taste. There is a crowd of people here every evening. Ashish Vardhan, one of the regular customers, explains that chicken tikka is new to his city. Earlier, other non-veg items were available in the market, but there was no shop for Chicken Tikka. He told that ever since this shop has opened, he always reaches here with his partner at around 7 in the evening and enjoys Chicken Tikka.

Akash Sharma, the shopkeeper of Chicken Tikka told that before this he worked at many places. Later, he also opened a shop for electronic equipment, but the shop did not work and suffered losses. He told that after this he wanted to do something new. Meanwhile, a young businessman named Vinay Chaudhary met, who advised to open a chicken tikka shop and also helped financially. Akash tells that when Vinay Chaudhary encouraged him, he started the stall with new energy.

Chicken Tikka is sold up to 5 thousand daily
Akash Sharma told that the response of the customers is getting good. Stalls are set up every evening at 4 pm. It takes some time to prepare chicken tikka. After which a stall is set up from 5.30 pm to 9 pm. All their dishes are sold before time. Akash says that 4 tikkas are prepared in one coin, which are sold for 40 rupees. There, up to 5 thousand are sold daily. In which saving of 1500 to 2000 is done by cutting the total expenditure. Akash told that after the marriage season starts, the selling of the shop increases.

Message given to the youth to become self-reliant
Akash Sharma told that ginger, garlic, black pepper i.e. round pepper, red chili powder, lemon, coriander are also used in the recipe of chicken tikka, besides secret masala which is prepared at home. Akash says that he buys chicken at the rate of Rs 200 per kg and brings it from the market. Then cut it in the size of tikka by yourself at home. He told that the youth who will not run away from chase after working hard will not need to ask for employment. Giving a message to the youth to become self-reliant, Akash said that you cannot do much by doing a job at someone’s place. If you do your own business, then you will prove to be useful for other people as well. Akash told that within a month, he is going to set up new chicken tikka stalls at two other places as well. Whose preparations are going on in full swing.
