Sonu Jatav, the owner of this shop told that Dal Pakwan is very tasty and healthy dish. But looking at today’s generation, we have experimented with Dal Pakwan and made special Dal Pakwan Pizza. He told that the specialty of this dish is that it will have hundred percent taste of pizza. Along with this, 100 percent taste of dal dish will also come. He told that this is a special dish of our shop which is very famous by the name of Atrangi Dal Pakwan or Atrangi Sindhi Pizza.
Three types of test will be found together in this Dal Pakwan Pizza. The first test is of pizza, the second test is of dal dish and the third test is of tangy flavor. Sonu told that normal pizza is sometimes not good for health due to flour, but our special Atrangi Dal dish pizza is not harmful from health point of view.
He said that many children who do not eat pulses at home, they also eat pulse dishes here with great enthusiasm. Every day 150 to 200 customers come to my shop to eat dal pakwan. Although we have many types of dal dish here, the most famous here is Atrangi dal dish. People come from far and wide to eat it. The rate of Atrangi Dal dish is Rs.140. No one else in the whole country makes Atrangi Dal Pakwan except us.
