Special Punjabi Dishes Fair here in PATNA, see recipe of 12 types of salads, location also

Patna. A Punjabi Food Festival has been organized at the Red Velvet Hotel near Income Tax Crossroads. This festival which started from 15th April will continue till 30th April. In this, people are enjoying all the dishes of Punjab. There are 12 types of salads present in this Punjabi food festival. You can enjoy this Punjabi flavor for 15 days from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm at Ambrosia restaurant. Here you will have to spend Rs 649 for veg dishes and Rs 749 for non-veg dishes. 1. Greek Salad: This is a salad which is full of vegetables. It is made in a special way by mixing tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olives, capsicum, creamy feta cheese, beetroot, carrots etc.

2. Cucumber Yogurt Salad: It is very easy to make and it is very tasty to eat. As the name suggests, mainly curd and cucumber are used to make it. The taste of mint is further enhanced by the flavor of mint.

3. Beetroot Salad: This salad made of beetroot is decorated with watermelon, cucumber and paneer besides beetroot. Also it is prepared in a special way.

4. Aloo Papdi Chaat Salad: This is a salad made from potato papdi, which is served with cucumber and coriander. Papdi made of potato is fried well with different spices. Also served in an attractive way.

5. Pasta Salad: To make this salad, pasta is prepared first. Ready pasta is served with cucumber giving it an attractive look. Different spices and methods can be used to make pasta.
