Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Mushroom – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Tomato – 1
Broccoli – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2
Cucumber – 1
Carrot – 1
Butter – 2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste

How to make Paneer Vegetable Salad
To make Paneer Vegetable Salad, first cut the paneer into small square pieces. After this, finely chop the other vegetables including carrot, cabbage, tomato. Now put one spoon of butter in a pan and heat it. When the butter melts, add paneer cubes to it and fry them lightly.
