Applications have started for the post of MPPSC Librarian and the last date to apply is May 19, 2023. The application link will remain active till 12 noon on this date. After this the form cannot be filled. There is a clear instruction in the notice to apply in the prescribed format before the last date.
Who can apply for these posts
To apply, it is necessary that the candidate has a degree in Library Science, Information Science or Documentation stream from a recognized board. what is the age limit
As far as the age limit is concerned, candidates between 21 to 40 years can apply for these posts. Age will be calculated from 1 January 2023. Reserved category will also get age relaxation as per government rules.
how much will be the salary
If selected, the candidates will get an initial salary of around Rs 57,700 per month. It will increase with increasing experience. The fee for general category is Rs 500 while for reserved category the fee is Rs 250.
As far as the selection is concerned, there will be a written test for these posts, followed by an interview. Candidates will get appointment to these posts only after passing several stages of examination.
