A young man, a resident of Bermo Phusro under Bokaro district of Jharkhand, along with his four companions were coming to Shahpur village under Jamui Town police station area at his sister’s place by car. That’s why the car hit a cattle near the vegetable market located at Jamui headquarters and near Basfod locality. Angered by the incident, the cattle owner and the local people chased and caught the car.

As soon as the car stopped, the five youths in it were caught by the local people and thrashed fiercely. During this, they also damaged the car. Then took the five youths in the car hostage. However, during this time three youths somehow escaped from there and saved their lives. Two youths were seriously injured in the fight, who were brought to the hospital for treatment. Both the injured youths are said to be Pawan Kumar and Rohit Kumar, residents of Bermo Phusro under Bokaro district of Jharkhand state.

Pawan Kumar’s sister was married in Shahpur village of Town police station area of Jamui district. For whom his mother Parvati Devi was staying at her daughter’s house for a few months. Pawan had reached Jamui along with four of his companions on Friday to pick up the mother. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police of Town police station reached the spot and after rescuing both the hostages, brought them to Sadar Hospital for treatment. At present, the condition of both remains critical.
