The weather has taken a turn in Bihar. Rain and strong wind have given relief in many areas including Patna. A drop in temperature has also been recorded. Here, a rain alert has been issued by the Meteorological Center, Patna in 26 districts of Bihar. These include Patna, Gaya, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Nawada, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Jehanabad, Bhagalpur, Banka, Jamui, Munger, Khagaria, Buxar, Bhojpur, Rohtas, Kaimur, Aurangabad, Arwal, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Madhepura, Saharsa, Purnia. and Katihar are included.
Rain alert issued for next three days
According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain with thunder and strong wind at one or two places in the north-east and north-south parts of the state. During this, the wind speed is likely to be 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for the next 3 days i.e. 22, 23 and 24 April. On April 24, there is a possibility of thunder, hailstorm and strong wind with lightning at one or two places in the north-west, north-central and south parts of Bihar. The Meteorological Department has appealed to the people to stay in their homes during rain and strong wind and avoid going out at all costs.
Rohtas was the hottest district in the last 24 hours
Talking about the temperature, after about 7 days, the temperature of many districts of Bihar was recorded below 40 degrees. There was a drop in the temperature due to rain late on Thursday. In many areas, the temperature was recorded between 25 and 30 degrees on Friday morning. Rohtas remained the hottest district in the last 24 hours. The maximum temperature recorded here is 40.2 degree Celsius. On the other hand, the temperature of Patna and Sheikhpura was recorded at 39.3 degrees. Gaya recorded 38.6 degrees, Saran 36.8 degrees, Muzaffarpur 35.8 degrees and Purnia 35.4 degrees.
