Ingredients for Soya Paneer Curry
Soya paneer cubes – 2 bowl
Tomato – 2
Onion – 2
Garlic-green chili paste – 2 tsp
Red chili powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 3/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1 tsp
Paneer masala – 1 tsp
Whole cumin – 1 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
oil – as needed
salt – as per taste
How to make soya paneer curry
To make soya paneer curry, first take paneer and cut it into 1-1 inch square pieces. After this, put oil in a pan and let it heat on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, put paneer pieces in it and fry on low flame till it becomes light brown. After the paneer is fried, take them out in a vessel and keep them aside. After this, cut the tomatoes and prepare a puree by grinding them with the help of a mixer. Take out the puree in a bowl and keep it.
Now put some more oil in a pan with oil and fry it by adding cumin seeds. When the cumin starts crackling, add finely chopped pieces of onion and fry it. Fry the onion till it turns golden brown. After this, add tomato puree to it and let it cook. When the puree starts to boil lightly, add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and other dry spices and let it cook. After this keep adding water little by little to the gravy.

When the gravy is well prepared and starts to boil well, add the pre-fried paneer pieces and mix well in the gravy. Add salt as per taste to the vegetable, now cover the pan and cook the vegetable for another 5 minutes. At the end, mix paneer masala and green coriander leaves in the vegetable and turn off the gas. Soya paneer curry rich in taste and nutrition is ready. It can be served with roti, paratha or rice.
