A case has been registered against Akshay Bhardwaj, Clerk of Mathura’s Jankibai Kanya Inter College and Dinesh Bhardwaj, assistant teacher in Champa Aggarwal Inter College, for fraudulently getting a job from the dependent quota of the deceased. This case has been registered after a complaint was made in the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Cell.

Sita Sharma, a resident of Chamunda Colony of the city, alleged in the complaint given in Kotwali that both the real brothers got jobs from the dependent quota of the deceased by hiding the real facts. He told in the complaint that according to the rules, only one member of the family can get a job from the deceased dependent quota, whereas both the family members got the job after the death of their mother and father.

It is alleged that in the departmental inquiry on 17 September 2022, the appointment of clerk Akshay Bhardwaj was found illegal. The clerk got the job from the deceased dependent quota after the death of his mother and the assistant teacher after the death of his father. City Kotwal Sanjay Kumar Pandey said that a case has been registered. Action will proceed only after investigation.
