Ingredients to make Sprouts Chaat
Mix sprouts – 2 cups (gram, peanut, moong, wheat)
Potato boiled – 1
Chickpeas Boiled – 1 cup
Onion finely chopped – 1
Tomato finely chopped – 1
Capsicum finely chopped – 1
Green chili finely chopped – 1
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice – 2 tsp
Green coriander leaves – 2-3 tbsp
black salt – as per taste

How to make Sprouts Chaat
To make Sprouts Chaat, first soak chickpeas, peanuts, wheat and moong in the night and tie them in a cloth overnight, so that they all sprout. After this, soak Kabuli Chana in water overnight. In the morning, put the chickpeas in the pressure cooker and boil it till 1-2 whistles, so that the chickpeas can become soft. Before making chaat, finely chop onion, tomato, green chillies, capsicum and green coriander leaves.
Now put water in a vessel and boil it. After boiling water, put mixed sprouts in a large strainer and cover it with a lid. After 5 minutes, turn off the gas and take out the lightly cooked sprouts in a plate. Now peel the boiled potatoes and cut them into small pieces. After this, put cooked sprouts, boiled chickpeas, onions, tomatoes in a big pot and mix them.

After this add chopped green chillies, capsicum, chaat masala and black salt as per taste and mix well. After this add lemon juice to the sprouts chaat and mix.
