Rabri is prepared by adding 100 grams of sugar to 10 kg of milk. Whereas, to prepare Kalakand, Chhena water is added while making Khowa while reducing the milk. Kalakand is ready. It takes about one to one and a half hour to prepare Rabri and Kalakand.
