The woman alleges that on February 8, 2023, at around 4 pm, she had gone to the fields to collect green fodder. Santosh Kumar, Balram, Indresh and Alok of the village caught him there due to the already ongoing enmity. After this the thieves raped her. The victim told that she kept protesting against the incident but the accused kept her mouth shut. Somehow when the mouth opened, Ramlakhan resident Tamraura police station came to Nayagaon after hearing the voice. He also tried to rape her. Only then other people of the village working in the fields arrived. Due to this, all the accused ran away after threatening them.

There is a dispute about the plot
Station in-charge Sunil Kumar Saxena told that the woman is having a dispute with the people of the village regarding land and plot. Because of this, the case has been registered on the orders of the court. The case is being investigated.
