To make kathi roll, first prepare the roll wrapper. For this, add all purpose flour and cornflour in a vessel and mix both of them well. Add salt as per taste and 2 spoons of oil to it and mix. Now mix it well, so that no lumps remain. Now add water little by little and knead soft dough. After this apply some oil on the dough, cover it for 15 minutes and keep it aside.
