Officers David Sneed and Neil Storey of the Enid Police Department said they were on duty when they received an emergency call and heard someone screaming on the other end. They felt that someone was injured and needed help. Meanwhile, an officer’s eye fell on the goat and he stopped his companion and said that it is a goat, which is scared.
