Ingredients to make Malai Paneer Korma
Paneer Shredded – 2 bowls
Onion – 3
Cashew – 1/2 cup
Black pepper whole – 1 tsp
Big cardamom – 2
Green chili – 3-4
Curd – 1 bowl
Milk – 1 glass
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Oregano – 1/2 tsp
Cumin – 1/2 tsp
Garlic cloves – 10-15
Green cardamom – 2-3
Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
salt – as per taste
How to make Malai Paneer Korma
To make delicious Malai Paneer Korma, first cut pieces of onion, garlic and ginger. Now pour 1 glass of water in a big vessel and keep it on the gas to heat. Put chopped onion, ginger and garlic in water and boil it on low flame. Also put green chilies, big and small cardamom in the pot. Add black pepper to it and let it boil for 20-25 minutes, until the onion becomes soft.
When all the things boil well, turn off the gas and take out the water and keep it to cool. After cooling, put all the ingredients in a mixer jar. Add fresh curd to it and grind it to make a smooth paste. Now take out the prepared paste in a big bowl.
Now put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After melting the ghee, add cashew and onion paste to it. If you want, you can make paste by adding cashew nuts while preparing onion paste. After cooking for some time, add some water to it and cook covered after adding salt as per taste. Cook the gravy on low flame for about 10 minutes and stir it once or twice.

When the gravy is ready properly, add milk and a little water to it and boil it again. By adding milk, the gravy will become creamy and rich and its color will turn white. When the gravy starts boiling, add paneer cubes and cook for 5 minutes while marinating well with the gravy. Due to this, the flavor of gravy inside paneer will completely go away. After this turn off the gas. The flavourful Malai Paneer Korma curry is ready.
