Shubman Gill’s Unique Record: Shubman Gill is playing for Gujarat Titans in IPL 2023. In the match played against Hyderabad on 15 May in the tournament, he scored the first century of his IPL career. With this century, Gill made a very special and unique record in his name and became the first batsman in the history of cricket to do so. Gill has scored a century this year (2023) in all three formats of International as well as in IPL.

Playing against Hyderabad at the Narendra Modi Stadium, he scored an inning of 101 runs in 58 balls with the help of 13 fours and 1 six. With this century, Gill became the first cricketer to score a century in IPL along with all three international formats in a calendar year.

Gill scored the first century of 2023 in the ODI match played against Sri Lanka on 15 January. He played an inning of 116 runs in 97 balls. Just three days after this, i.e. on January 18, he scored an inning of 208 runs in 149 balls in the ODI match played against New Zealand. Then on January 24, he scored another century against New Zealand.

Scored first century in T20 International this year

After this, in the T20 series played against New Zealand, Gill scored his first T20 International century (1 February). He scored an inning of 126* runs in 63 balls while batting at a strike rate of 200. His innings included 12 fours and 7 sixes.

Scored a century in the Border Gavaskar Trophy

At the same time, in the last match of the Warder Gavaskar Trophy played against Australia, he scored an inning of 128 runs. This match is from Ahmedabad Narendra Modi It was played in the stadium. In this way, Gill scored a century in all four formats including IPL in 2023.
