This lassi, known as Rathore lassi in the main market of Kannauj district, is different from other lassi. First of all, ice is not used in this lassi at all. Along with this, many types of dry fruits are added to the lassi. In which cashew nuts, pistachios, almonds, cardamom and many other things are used in lassi. After making this lassi, it is cooled by keeping it in the freezer for some time.
