Advocate Ravi Bhushan Prasad Verma says that Kejriwal had opposed demonetisation in 2016 as well. At that time, he had also opposed the practice of big notes. Now when the RBI has put the 2000 note out of circulation, then the central government is being blamed for it. Not only this, Kejriwal also called PM Modi illiterate. Such remarks against the Prime Minister of the country are condemnable. I demand action from the court on this matter.

Not only this, Bihar BJP has also targeted Arvind Kejriwal. Bihar BJP says that such remarks against the Prime Minister of the country shows their inner arrogance. The BJP said that whatever may be our political differences, there should be dignity. The chair of our Prime Minister should be respected. Such language is not acceptable at any cost.

Tweeted on May 19 on RBI withdrawing Rs 2000 note from circulation. Taking a jibe at the Modi government, he wrote that earlier, by bringing 2000 notes, corruption would stop. Now they are saying that corruption will end by banning the 2000 note. Kejriwal further wrote that that is why we say, the PM of the country should be educated. Anyone can say anything to an illiterate PM. He doesn’t understand. The public has to suffer.
