Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
Cashew – 3-4 tbsp
Watermelon seeds – 1 tbsp
Milk – 2-3 tbsp
Fresh cream – 1/2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
White chili powder – 1 tsp
Green chili paste – 1 tsp

salt – as per taste

How to make Afghani Paneer Tikka
To make the flavourful Afghani Paneer Tikka, first cut the paneer into one-inch pieces. Now put cashew nuts, poppy seeds and watermelon seeds together in the mixer and grind them to make a powder. Pour the prepared powder into the bowl of paneer cubes and slowly mix the paneer cubes with the powder. After this, make a marinade by mixing fresh cream, milk, white chili powder, maram masala, chili paste, butter and salt as per taste in another bowl.

Now add paneer cubes and powder to the prepared marinade and toss it and leave it to marinate for about 2 hours. Now put 6-6 pieces of marinated paneer in the satay stick.
