According to the Wall Street Journal report, the company is going to use AI in all its warehouses so that people do not get damaged products.
At present, the company gets the products tested by humans in most of its warehouses. In such a situation, due to work load, a product is not able to be checked properly and then it reaches the user in the same condition. The problem arises when the product is defective or completely damaged. Checking products by humans is a long process and it also takes more time. The company is now going to end this problem with AI. Amazon is thinking of installing AI technology in its warehouse so that work can be done faster and the company can also move towards automation.
According to the information, Amazon has started working with AI in its 2 warehouses. In the coming time, the company is also going to set up AI technology in 10 other warehouses in North America and Europe. Software development manager Christoph Schwertfeger, who works at Amazon, told that AI is 3 times better than humans and with its help, more work can be done in less time.

To train AI, Amazon has used a lot of photographs, in which there were both damaged and correct types of photos. On scanning them, AI understood the difference between right and wrong and on this basis now the tool tests the products.
