The name of such a very common vegetable is potato. In fact, people cook and eat potatoes in different ways at home. But have you ever made and eaten Shahi Stuffed Dum Aloo? This vegetable is very tasty to eat. It can also be served to the guests at home. Its curry full of wonderful taste increases the taste many times. Let’s know the easy method of making it.
Ingredients needed to make vegetable
Potato – 4-5
Tomato – 5-6
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 inch piece
Flour – 2 spoons
Finely chopped green chili – 1
Green chili – 2
Cumin – ½ tsp
Paneer – 150 grams
Oil – 5 tbsp
Finely chopped cashews – ¼ cup
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Kasuri fenugreek – 2 tsp
Raisins – 10
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Cloves – 4
Black pepper – 8
Whole big cardamom – 1

how to make
To make Shahi Bharwaan Dum Aloo, first break the paneer and make it crispy. Now add ginger, raisins, green chillies, ½ teaspoon salt and finely chopped cashew nuts, green coriander and mix it properly. In this way the stuffing is ready. After this, wash and peel the potatoes. Now cut the potato into two parts from the middle and hollow it with a knife or any sharp object. Now fill the already prepared stuffing in the hollow part of the potato with the help of a spoon. After this, take refined flour, add some water and salt as per taste and make a batter. Now put the stuffed potatoes in this solution and wrap it well. After this, fry these potatoes in oil on low flame. When the color of the potatoes turns golden, then turn off the flame and take them out in a plate.

How to make Gravy
To make Shahi Stuffed Dum Potato Gravy, first of all heat oil in a pressure cooker. Now put cumin in it and crackle it. After this, add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon and peeled cardamom seeds and fry them. Now adding turmeric and coriander powder to it, stir with a spoon and fry for 1-2 seconds. Now add tomato-ginger-green chili-cashew paste and stir and add red chili powder on top. Remember that it has to be fried till the masala and oil start separating.

Now add Kasuri salt, Kasuri fenugreek and 1 glass of water to the spices and cook this gravy till it comes to a boil. After this, put potatoes in this gravy, close the cooker and let it whistle for 1 whistle. Now reduce the flame and let the potatoes cook on medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. After this, switch off the flame and open the cooker after 20 minutes. Now garnish the prepared Shahi Bharwaan Dum with green coriander on top of the potato. You can serve it with roti, paratha, puri or rice.
