How to make Soya Pulao
To make soya pulao, first clean the rice and wash it thoroughly two-three times with water. After this put rice in the pressure cooker. Pour water into the cooker as required and put the cooker on the gas on high flame by putting the lid on. When a whistle comes in the cooker, turn off the gas and let the pressure of the cooker release on its own. Meanwhile, take water in a vessel and put soya chunks in it and boil it on medium flame. When the soya chunks become soft, take them out in a bowl.

Now put some oil in the pan and heat it. After the oil is hot, add cumin and finely chopped onion and fry it lightly.
