Rajaram Mandal / Madhubani. On hearing the name of Bihar’s famous dish Litti, no one refuses to eat it. This is the reason why there are continuous experiments with litti and its supporting items. Somewhere Chokha is fed with Sequoia litti, and somewhere gram ghugni is fed with litti. At some places chickpeas are also served with litti. Chicken is served with litti in Mithila Dhaba of Andhrathadi in Madhubani district. People here are taking this new experiment in hand.
In the Mithila Dhaba restaurant near the old hospital located in Andhrathadi, you will get to eat different littis from all over Bihar. The combination of chicken with litti has been introduced here recently, but within a short time this dish has made people crazy about it. A huge crowd gathers here to eat the Chicken-Litti dish.
Eat chicken with litti for 70 rupees
Shankar ji, the owner of Mithila Dhaba told that you would hardly have seen the combination of litti with chicken. We have done this new experiment. For this, artisans have been called from Samastipur, who used to work in Kolkata earlier. Here you will get to eat chicken curry with hot litti, but according to the order.
He told that the chicken-litti dish is fed for just Rs 70. It contains two pieces of litti and two pieces of chicken. Shankar ji tells that he made this dish for two days just to try it, but people liked it a lot and got it packed and took it home. Since then this dish has started being made regularly in his restaurant.
